The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff members. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a minibar big enough to accommodate 2 children on separate mattresses.

The location is good, with a prime hotel location. The front desk was polite and cooperative. Room service was quick and satisfying. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfy with super cool AC and comfortable bedding.

The location was convenient for us as it was near the railway station and it was not far from the Pune Bangalore highway. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the AC worked really well, made our sleep very comfortable. We also liked the hotel facilities, as well as the polite and cooperative staff at the reception area.

The bathroom cleanliness is terrible.
